No Returns — Replacement Only

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

Eligibility

• You must report the defect within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging where possible.
• Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo or video showing the defect. Our team will confirm the issue and arrange a free replacement delivery.

Replacement Delivery

Once approved, a replacement unit is shipped at no extra cost. Replacement delivery timelines follow the same schedule as standard delivery in your area.
